A graduate of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia, holds a master’s degree from the Higher Judicial Institute, Sharia Policy Department – Regulations Division. He worked as a part-time legal and Sharia advisor to several companies and commercial and civil institutions inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

A licensed lawyer and legal advisor with more than 14 years of experience in corporate governance, securities and intellectual property, and extensive experience in real estate, contracting and inheritance cases.
He founded many companies in many fields and worked as a consultant for them.
He worked as a former judge for more than five years and participated during this period in a number of general and commercial courts.
He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law and Sharia.
